Your data, and how to delete it

Everything Sudoku Classic: Legacy Puzzle remembers about you is on the device you played on. There is no account and no server-side copy, so deleting it is entirely in your hands and takes a few seconds.
What there is to delete
- The puzzle you are part-way through, including your pencil marks, the clock and your mistake count.
- Your best time for each difficulty.
- Your statistics — games started and won, average times, streaks.
- Your Daily Challenge history and streak.
- Your settings: language, theme, sound, music, haptics.
- On mobile only: the background photo you may have chosen, held in the app's own private folder.
In the browser
The game stores its data in this site's localStorage. Clearing
site data for
sudokulegacy.com
removes all of it at once.
- Chrome / Edge: Settings → Privacy and security → Third-party cookies → See all site data and permissions → find this site → Delete.
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data → Manage Data → find this site → Remove Selected.
- Safari: Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data → find this site → Remove.
- Any browser, quickly: open the site, press F12, and in the Application (or Storage) tab clear Local Storage for this origin.
Clearing site data also clears your streak and your best times, and there is no way to get them back. That is the trade for not having an account.
On Android
- Open Settings → Apps.
- Find Sudoku Classic: Legacy Puzzle.
- Tap Storage & cache, then Clear storage. Everything above is gone; the app starts fresh.
- Or simply uninstall the app, which removes the same data.
To reset your advertising identifier separately: Settings → Google → Ads.
On iOS and iPadOS
iOS does not offer a per-app "clear data" control, so deleting the app is the way:
- Press and hold the app icon on the Home Screen.
- Choose Remove App, then Delete App.
To limit ad tracking: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
What we hold
Nothing of yours from the game. This website's server writes ordinary access logs and reports its own errors to Sentry, both described in the privacy policy; neither is linked to a person, because there is no identity in the system to link them to.
